Remembering The Muse

A Shadow Integration Journey for Modern Mystics

Remembering The Muse: A Shadow Integration Journey for Modern Mystics

What if the parts of you you’ve hidden…

the grief you’ve carried…

the stories you’ve never fully told…

were actually doorways to your creative power?

Remembering the Muse is a 9-month immersive journey...

designed for creative visionaries, sensitives, and seekers who want to deepen self-understanding, heal emotional wounds, and reclaim their authentic creative voice.

Through nine experiential “gateways,” participants explore the inner landscape of psyche, body, and imagination—gathering practical tools for emotional resilience while creating meaningful original artwork along the way.

This is not just a course. It’s a creative initiation into deeper self-awareness, healing, and expression.

The Journey

Over nine months, we move through nine gateways of transformation, each offering practical frameworks, embodied practices, and creative exploration designed to help you integrate hidden parts of yourself and reconnect with your inner muse.

Each gateway builds upon the last, gradually guiding you toward greater wholeness, emotional capacity, and creative clarity.

This work integrates:

Psychological frameworks that illuminate the patterns shaping your inner world

Somatic practices that support nervous system regulation and emotional resilience

Parts work and inner child healing to reconnect with lost or exiled aspects of self

Ritual and grief work to metabolize experiences that the psyche still carries

Art appreciation as a source of inspiration, reflection, and meaning-making

Art-making as a path for expression, integration, and transformation

Community connection with fellow creative visionaries walking a similar path

The Gateways

1. Initiation: Your sacred, ceremonial first step to connecting to the divine light within. After passing through this gateway, you will have the map and the tools to navigate your way forward.

2. The Living Oracle: What if your body served as a benevolent guide on your soul’s journey? Learn to read the body like you would read tea leaves – divining valuable insight into the past, future, and across timelines.

3. The Looking Glass: Through self-inquiry and compassionate reflection, share your story so you can honor where you have been and begin writing a more empowered narrative.

4. Inner Assembly: Acknowledging the sacred council of self through parts and archetype work. Disidentify from limited egoic beliefs so you can move through the world in alignment with your highest self.

5. Return to Innocence: Remember who you are by connecting with who you were before you learned to prioritize survival. You’ll find the pure essence of your soul.

6. Blood & Bone: Heal lineage and ancestral burdens.

7. Sacred Shadow: Conquer your demons by facing them head on. Release shame, toxic influences and unhealthy coping strategies by cultivating curiosity and compassion for yourself.

8. River of Release: Process grief, learn the art of surrender, and embrace the perpetual cycle of death/rebirth for ongoing soul expansion.

9. Coronation: Ascend to the next level of becoming. Curate spiritual practices to establish a solid sense of faith and trust in forces greater than yourself.

An Invitation

The muse is not something outside of you.

She lives in the forgotten rooms of your psyche,

in the stories your body still carries,

in the emotions waiting to be felt,

and in the images longing to take form through your hands.

This journey is an invitation to remember her
